Coopers International Series Irish Stout 1.7kg

This is the dry Irish stout you picture with a creamy beige head settling on top. It is built on malted, roasted and flaked barley with hops, giving aromas of coffee, chocolate and liquorice and a roasty, bitter finish.

It is hopped liquid malt extract in a tin, so the recipe is done for you. Stir it into hot water, top to 23 litres, add a kilo of Brew Enhancer or brewing sugar and pitch the yeast from under the lid.
