Coopers International Mexica Cerveza 1.7KG

This kit brings a Mexican-style cerveza to your fermenter. It is light-bodied with a subtle malt sweetness and a crisp finish, the easy-drinking style that suits a hot day and a slice of lime in the neck of the bottle.

It is hopped liquid malt extract in a tin, so the recipe is set. Mix it into hot water, top to 23 litres, add a kilo of Brew Enhancer 1 or brewing sugar and pitch the yeast from under the lid.
