Coopers English Bitter 1.7kg

If you like a pint with a bit of backbone, this English bitter has it. It pours rich amber with a malty body and a pronounced hop bitterness that lingers, the way a classic bitter should.

It is hopped liquid malt extract in a tin, so the recipe is already worked out. Stir it into hot water, top to 23 litres, add a kilo of Brew Enhancer or brewing sugar and pitch the yeast from under the lid.
