Coopers Dark Malt Extract 1.5kg

For dark beers, this is the extract that does the heavy lifting. Coopers Dark Malt Extract is a blend of pale and roasted malts, giving a rich dark colour and a robust, roasty malt flavour.

It is built for dark ales, stouts and porters, where it adds the depth and body that plain sugar never could. Use it in place of a kilo of brewing sugar, or combine it with other extracts for a fuller result and better head retention.

It is a thick liquid, so warm the tin to pour it. Use the whole can or seal the rest in a sanitised jar in the fridge. Full usage is in the tabs below.
