Edwards Essences Cattle Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey 50ml

If you like a sweet, moreish sipper, this is a fun one to make at home. Cattle Dog turns a neutral spirit into a smooth peanut butter whiskey liqueur, with that rich nutty note over a warm whiskey base.

One 50ml bottle makes about 1.4 litres. Blend the essence with 1.15 litres of neutral spirit at 38 percent and 320 grams of white sugar, mix it through, then bottle it. No long wait, just mix and pour.
