A small tin of silver enamel for the jobs that only need a little, like a worn bit of trim or a hobby model.

Can-Do is a brushable enamel in a little 125ml tin, and it goes on metal, wood, plastic and fibreglass, so it's handy for hobby and craft work as well as touching up around the house. You brush it on, or roller it on for a bigger patch, and it'll thin with about 10% enamel thinners if it's getting thick. It's touch dry in about 8 hours and ready for a second coat in about 16, and two coats give the best result.
