Stainless decking screws that won't leave rust streaks running down your boards, long enough at 65mm to bite well into the joist through a thicker board.

These are Bremick Type 17 decking screws in 304 stainless, 10g x 65mm, with a countersunk head and a No. 2 square drive that grips the bit a lot better than a Phillips head does. The Type 17 point cuts its own way in, they have 12 threads per inch, and the tub says they're for fastening decking to timber. If you're building right on the coast or near a pool, 316 stainless is the better pick, as 304 isn't made for marine conditions.

There are 100 screws in the tub, and you'll want a No. 2 square bit to drive them. Full specs are in the tabs below, and if you're working out how many you need, call us on (08) 8536 4333 or come in and chat with us at 34-52 Milnes Rd, Strathalbyn.
