    A worn-out gas diffuser is usually why your MIG welds start looking rough.

    This BND-style head assembly replaces the front-end gas diffuser and head on 200 to 300 amp MIG torches, the part that spreads shielding gas evenly around the weld pool. Once it wears or clogs with spatter, your gas coverage gets patchy and the weld starts porous and messy.

    Built tougher than a standard OEM part with good seals and a 1/4 NPT base, it suits short-series contact tips, so check your torch's tip length before ordering.

    Comes as a pack of two, handy to have a spare when the first one clogs mid-job.
