A 50mm 45 degree DWV bend with a screw-cap inspection opening built in, so if the line ever blocks you can open it up right at the bend and get a snake in, instead of digging or cutting the pipe.

It joins two lengths of 50mm DWV pipe with priming fluid and PVC cement like the rest of your DWV fittings, and the opening sits on the outside of the bend where you can reach it. A 45 is the gentle change of direction on a graded run, so it's an easy place to put an access point. Holman make their DWV fittings to AS/NZS 1260 and they carry WaterMark certification. Check with your plumber or council where an inspection point has to go on your job.
