The 22g bean sinker gives you a bit more hold when the drift picks up.
Like the lighter sizes in this Neptune Tackle range, the flat sides dig in and hold the bottom over reef and sand rather than rolling away like a round sinker would. It still runs free on the line, so the fish feels the bait and not the weight, and it still casts clean even with the extra grams. It suits the same estuary and beach fishing, just with more current or a deeper drop to manage. Pair it with a running rig and a size 4 or 6 hook for whiting and bream over the flats.
