One stainless tool that flips the meat and cuts it on the barbecue, so you're not juggling a spatula and a knife with a drink in the other hand.
The Bar-B-Mate is a spatula with a cutting edge down one side and a point for piercing sausages and steaks to see how they're going. It's about 33cm long with a heat resistant handle, so your hand stays back from the heat, and it's shaped to rest on the edge of the grill between jobs. There's a hanging loop on the end so it lives on a hook by the barbie, and it goes in the dishwasher when you're done.
