    Where two sheets of roofing or cladding overlap, the lap itself needs fixing or it lifts and lets water track back underneath. That is the job this little screw is built for. At 8g x 13mm it is just long enough to stitch sheet to sheet without poking through into the cavity.

    The button head gives a wide, low bearing surface that pulls the lap flat and tight, and the sharp point pierces thin steel cleanly so you are not pre-drilling every fixing. The zinc plating keeps it honest out in the weather.
