    One hit of the hammer and this anchor is set, no separate plug, no second step.

    Drill a 6.5mm hole into brick, concrete, block or stone, push the anchor through your fixture, then hammer the pin home. As the pin drives in, the nylon body grips the sides of the hole and the mushroom head sits flush against whatever you are fixing. At 40mm it suits lighter battens and brackets, and it is rated light to medium duty.

    It is quicker to fit than a full sleeve anchor when the load does not call for one, and it is sold singly, so a quick job does not mean buying more than you need.
