Macsim Spring Toggle 5mm x 75mm, Each

Some fixings need to hang off the back of a hollow wall or a ceiling, and that is exactly what a spring toggle is built for. Fold the wings down, push them through the hole, and they snap open on the other side. Tighten the screw and they pull flat against the back of the board, giving you a strong anchor where there is nothing solid to bite into.

This is the 5mm by 75mm size, with plenty of reach for thicker cavities and a bit more holding power than a small wall plug. The spring action means the wings open properly once they are through, so you are not left guessing whether it has set.

Handy for hanging light fittings, plants or shelving brackets off plasterboard or a hollow ceiling. Once the wings are through they will not come back out, so have your fixing lined up before you tighten.
