This 50 mL essence is built on Still Spirits Schnapps Base and 650 mL of 40 percent neutral spirit, for 1.125 litres of finished liqueur. Mixed 50/50 with an Irish Cream style liqueur, it's a ready-made Cowboy cocktail without any extra shopping.

Works neat, over ice, or stirred through a mixed drink, and the sweet butterscotch character lands the same every time. Over a litre per batch from one small bottle.
