Still Spirits Butterscotch Schnapps Essence 50ML

Butterscotch Schnapps on its own is a smooth after-dinner sip. Mixed 50/50 with Irish Cream it makes a Cowboy cocktail. The kind that gets a lot of attention at the end of a long meal. Still Spirits have the flavour nailed.

One 50ml bottle makes 1.125 litres with Still Spirits Schnapps Base (code 55018). Add the essence and 650mL of neutral spirit at 40% ABV to the prepared base. Alternatively, 180mL sugar and 100mL liquid glucose topped to 1.125L.
