Still Spirits Strawberry Schnapps Essence 50ML

Sweet and fruity. Still Spirits describe it as strawberry jam in a glass, and that's pretty close. Strawberry Schnapps works as a simple pour over ice or as the sweet, fruity element in cocktails that need colour and flavour.

One 50ml bottle makes 1.125 litres with Still Spirits Schnapps Base (code 55018). Add the essence and 650mL of neutral spirit at 40% ABV to the prepared base. Alternatively, 180mL sugar and 100mL liquid glucose topped to 1.125L.
