    The shortest length in the green range, this 25mm plug is the everyday size for hanging brackets and light fittings.

    Drill a hole to match, push the plug in flush, then drive the screw. The nylon squeezes out and grips brick, block, concrete or stone as it seats, holding the fixture without spinning loose. At 25mm it is right for picture rails, small brackets, light shelving and similar fixings, and being nylon it will not corrode in the wall over time.

    Being colour-coded, it is easy to keep sorted from the other diameters in the toolbox.
