Long hex head screws with a sealing washer and a Surfmist head, for fixing sheet down to timber where the screw has more to get through before it bites.

The Type 17 point cuts its own way into timber without a pilot hole, and the neoprene washer squashes against the sheet as you drive it home so water can't follow the screw in. They drive with a hex socket on a drill or an impact driver. At 50mm they're twice the length of the short 25mm flashing screws, so reach for these when you're going through a rib or a thicker sheet into the batten. Surfmist is the Colorbond colour name, so the heads sit quietly on Surfmist sheet.

This listing is a box of 50. Full specs are in the tabs below, and if you're not sure what length suits your sheet, call us on (08) 8536 4333 or come in and chat with us at 34-52 Milnes Rd, Strathalbyn.
