Joins two lengths of 12mm garden hose, or saves a hose that's split, so you're not throwing out the whole thing over one bad spot.

Cut out the damaged bit, push each end over the extra-long barb and screw the collar down. The toothed olive inside bites onto the outside of the hose so it won't pop off when the tap's on full, and it comes off again if you ever need to move it.
