    Pre-drilling every hole into steel is slow work. A self-drilling screw cuts that step out. The point on this 10g x 40mm SDS screw drills its own hole as you drive it, so you can fix straight into steel or pin timber back to a steel frame without stopping to swap tools.

    The ribbed self-embedding head cuts the top material away as it seats, so the screw finishes flush without pre-countersinking. The Class 3 coating means it copes with exposed and outdoor work, and the coarse thread bites hard and holds once it is home.
