PFERD POLIFAN Flap Disc 115mm 60 Grit (Zirconia)

For everyday grinding and weld cleanup, this is the disc most people leave on the grinder. This 60 grit PFERD POLIFAN disc cuts into weld seams and surface rust on steel and stainless, clearing material while leaving a more even surface than a solid grinding wheel.

The zirconia grain sits on a tough fibreglass backing, so it keeps cutting instead of wearing out after a few passes. It fits a 115mm (4 and a half inch) angle grinder and is rated to 13,300 rpm, so always check the speed printed on your grinder before you fit it.
